Sarah Chen is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Airbound Ventures, leading the firm's investment strategy and portfolio operations. She founded Airbound in 2020 with a conviction that seed-stage capital deployed with deep domain expertise would back the next generation of mobility and fintech leaders.
Prior to Airbound, Sarah spent nearly a decade as a principal investor at a major Boston venture firm, leading seed-stage investments across fintech infrastructure and mobility software. She holds a degree in Computer Science and an MBA from top-tier institutions.

Diana Zhou is a General Partner at Airbound Ventures, leading the firm's fintech investment vertical across payments infrastructure, embedded finance, B2B spend management, and regulatory technology.
Before Airbound, Diana held senior investment roles at a prominent fintech-focused venture fund and prior operating roles at a global payments network and a neobank. She studied Economics and Finance at a top research university with additional graduate work in financial regulation.

Sofia Reyes is a Venture Partner at Airbound Ventures, leading the firm's mobility investment thesis across autonomous vehicle software, urban air mobility, drone logistics, and intelligent transportation systems.
Before Airbound, Sofia held engineering leadership and business development roles at two venture-backed mobility startups, negotiating enterprise partnerships with major automotive OEMs and logistics operators. She holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering and a Master's in Transportation Systems.
